Under normal circumstances, the correct choice of bearing lubrication method determines the conditions and life of the triple gear oil pump bearing, so this is also a very important part of the gear pump design. At present, three gear oil pumps have the following lubrication methods: using high-pressure leaking oil for lubrication; high-pressure lubrication for continuous or pulsed oil supply to the bearing; high-pressure lubrication for pulsed oil supply to the bearing by reducing the trapped oil volume; direct introduction of high-pressure oil High-pressure lubrication is realized at the load-bearing part in the bearing hole; vacuum oil suction and low-pressure self-priming lubrication formed when the trapped oil volume is expanded; spiral oil discharge or oil suction type low-pressure lubrication and auxiliary pump oil supply for low-pressure lubrication.
