Miniature Bearings

Structure of Miniature deep groove ball bearings
Miniature deep groove ball bearings are compact, precision-engineered bearings designed to operate in small spaces while efficiently handling both radial and axial loads. They are characterized by their small size, with outer diameters typically ranging from a few millimeters to around 30 millimeters. The bore diameters can vary depending on the specific series and model.
It is mainly composed of inner and outer rings, rolling elements, and retaining structures, with some also having seals. The inner diameter of the inner ring matches the shaft, rotates with the shaft, and transmits the load. The outer diameter of the outer ring matches the bearing seat hole and is fixed in place. Rolling elements are divided into steel balls, rollers, etc., which roll between the inner and outer rings to reduce friction and transmit loads. The cage is made of metal or plastic, which evenly separates the rolling elements to ensure their orderly rolling. Seals are mostly made of rubber material, with both contact and non-contact types, which can prevent lubricant leakage and impurities from entering, ensuring a lubricating environment and bearing life.
Applications
Miniature deep groove ball bearings find application in various industries and devices where space is limited and high performance is required. Such as Robotics, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics parts, Instrumentation, Small Motors, Model Making, Industrial Machinery and so on. These are just a few examples of the broad range of applications where miniature deep groove ball bearings are utilized. The compact size, high performance, and reliability of these bearings make them indispensable in many industries and devices.
